WHO WE ARE?
Veteran Claim Adjusters
We Work For You, Not The Insurance Company
For most people, unless faced with a loss or natural disaster and need to file an insurance claim, the name public adjuster would mean nothing to them. Yet, public adjusters are essential in helping victims of losses or disaster recover the full value of their losses through insurance claims.
A public adjuster is an insurance professional who works for you, the policyholder, by specializing in providing assistance in filing, documenting, managing – and resolving – an insurance claim on your behalf at a certain fee. In other words, rather than sort out your insurance claim after property damage, a public adjuster will do the all work for you hassle-free.
While public adjusters are important in assisting you to handle a claim with your insurance policy, there is a need for you to choose a well-known and leading public adjuster company which will focus on you and represent you fully.
This is why at Veteran Claim Adjusters Inc., we assist our clients to reclaim the worth of their damaged property through their insurance policy. We are state licensed with a team of experts to assist our clients’ needs and thus are completely capable of representing you to ensure that you get a full payment for your loss.
Public Adjusters
In order to understand the duties of a public adjuster, you should, first of all, understand what a public adjuster does.
Public adjusters are professionals who liaise between an insurance company and a policyholder. They work for the policyholder and assist in documenting, filing and following up an insurance claim to ensure that the policyholder receives full payment for damages caused on property insured during a disaster or loss.
Duties of a Public Adjuster
Public adjusters relieve you, the policyholder of any stressful situations that can arise during the filing and processing of an insurance claim. Some policyholders may be going through such a process for the first time. Hence, may lack the experience needed to properly document and evaluate property loss, obtain the right amount of payment and even find the process extremely complex and overwhelming.
In this case, a public adjuster is what you need. Therefore, as professional experts at Veteran Claim Adjusters, Inc. we ensure that we work in the best interest of our client or company we are representing. Thus, our work is to prepare and handle an insurance claim, compile and provide necessary and sufficient evidence to present your case. Thereafter, manage and negotiate your insurance claim in order to acquire full value to repair your loss.
We Are Part Of The Process.
All The Way Through.
We are here to help, at no up front cost.
WHY CHOOSE US
Benefits of a Public Adjuster
While you may choose to work alone in handling your insurance claim, the benefits of working with a public adjuster outweigh solitude.
Here are some benefits of working with Veteran Claim Adjusters Inc.
- Higher payout: Statistically, it is proven that hiring a public adjuster to manage your insurance claim yields a higher payout as compared to working on your own. Veteran Claim Adjusters Inc. has the experience and expertise to file, manage, negotiate and settle your claim with your best interest as a priority.
- No mistakes: When you carry out the property evaluation on your own, you are bound to leave out various parts of the damage evaluation. We are familiar with the details of the insurance contract, the law and construction and therefore know what should be covered and paid. Thus, on your own, you end up filing for an incorrect payment. Having a public adjuster will eliminate such kinds of mistakes.
- Relieve stress: The process of an insurance claim is tedious, complex and can be stressful. A public adjuster will take that burden off your shoulder and work on your behalf to ensure your claim is approved.
- Re-open denied claims: Rather than worry over the potential loss you face when a claim is denied, a public adjuster can re-open a denied claim and fight to ensure its approval.
- Faster payments: Choosing to work with a public adjuster ensures that the process is carried out faster and you get payments without any delays as compared to working on your own.

Process Involved in Public Adjusting
Since it is easier to hire a public adjuster to work on your behalf in getting your insurance claim, you should understand the process involved in working with such a professional.
At Veteran Claim Adjusters Inc., our process guideline includes:
1. Seeking our services
Once the disaster or loss has occurred, you experience property damage and face huge losses. Rather than work on your own, you can choose to contact us by giving us a call or sending an email. Visit our contact page to acquire the information to contact us.
You can also request a property inspection for free. Once we receive your information, we schedule an appointment in order to evaluate the damage and determine the approximate value of the property loss.
2. Contract
After the evaluation process and determining the legitimacy of your claim, you sign a contract with us acknowledging that you are allowing Veteran Claim Adjusters Inc. to manage your insurance claim on your behalf and authorizing your insurance company to deal directly with us.
3. Filing of claim
In order to relieve you of the burden of going through the claim process, we file your claim. This is done after we establish the right amount of damage done.
In addition to this, we retrieve evidence and data necessary to support your claim. This can be through taking pictures of the damage, contractor’s and engineer’s reports, providing of documentation and receipts and obtaining bids to repair the damage.
In this process, we are in direct contact with your Insurance Company. We are present when the Insurance Company assesses the damage in order to point out every area to ensure that they are aware of all damages.
4. Management and negotiation of the claim
At this stage, we follow up your insurance claim. Normally, your Insurance Company will come up with their own estimate after assessing the damage. We then work on your behalf to ensure that you get the right payment amount.
When working on your own, you may not come up with the right evaluation amount and your Insurance Company may rarely pay you a higher amount than what you claim regardless of your actual amount of damage. Thus, we help settle the claim by establishing the right value and negotiating to ensure you receive that value.
We constantly keep tabs on the progress of your claim as your Insurance Company works towards approval of your claim. The period it takes depends on the efficiency of your Insurance Company but we hold them to the contractual guidelines and those of state law.
5. Resolution of claim
Once damage estimates are exchanged, we work to show the insurance company why our estimate is right and provide further documentation or meet with the insurance company again at the property to ensure that a fair payment is made. Thus, you ultimately receive the necessary payment to help you repair all of your damages. We will not suggest you resolve a claim with the insurance company until you receive full value of your claim. We then get paid once you get paid.
